The Harmony Fire District proudly protects the Boroughs of Harmony and Zelienople, along with the Townships of Jackson and Lancaster, covering more than 52 square miles in Butler County, Pennsylvania.

Train Like a Pro.
Our members are State and ProBoard certified and have access to advanced courses such as Fire Instructor, Fire Officer, Vehicle and Machinery Rescue, Hazmat Technician, and Water Rescue. From day one, you’ll receive professional-level training that builds real-world skills, confidence, and capability.

STIPEND PROGRAM.
Your time matters and we make sure it’s valued. We offer a per-shift stipend to recognize your commitment and dedication of $40-$50 plus additional overrides for 24-hour shifts and holidays.

District Brigade Member
Operational firefighters who respond to fires, rescues, and other emergencies.
Junior Brigade Member
Youth ages 14–17 who gain hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned firefighters.
District Company Member
Non-operational/Auxiliary members who assist with administration, events, and public outreach.
Associate Brigade Member
Trained firefighters from other departments looking for an additional opportunity to utilize their skills.
